From specification to first shipment, and where projects actually stall.
Specification and feasibility
Most delays come from an incomplete specification: voltage, current, enclosure, connector and protocol — decide all five first.

Samples, approval and mass production
Approve a sample against the written specification, then freeze it. Verbal approval is where private-label projects go wrong.
OEM & sourcing questions
The questions that come before an order.
What does OEM/ODM actually mean here?
OEM: we build to your specification and put your label on it. ODM: you choose from our platform and we adapt it — voltage, capacity, enclosure, connector and firmware.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on how much changes: a label change starts low, a new enclosure or BMS firmware starts higher. Tell us the change and we will quote the threshold honestly.
Can you match my existing BMS protocol?
Usually. Send the protocol or the host device and we will confirm whether we adopt it or emulate it — this is the first question in any private-label project.
How long does a custom pack take?
Four to eight weeks from specification sign-off for a modified platform; a fully new enclosure or BMS takes longer and we will say so before you commit.
What certification can you supply?
UN 38.3 for transport, IEC 62619 for industrial cells, CE documentation, and UL or site-specific standards on request.
