The faults owners actually hit, and what each one points to.
Charging faults and BMS cut-offs
Most cut-offs are cell imbalance, temperature, or a charger set outside the pack window. Read the log before replacing anything.
Capacity loss, swelling and warranty claims
Gradual capacity loss is ageing; swelling is a failure. Stop using a swollen pack and start a claim.

Questions
Short answers to the ones that come up most.
Why does my battery stop charging early?
Usually a cell imbalance, a temperature limit or a charger set below the pack voltage. The BMS log names the reason.
Why has my capacity dropped?
Normal ageing, or a habit: sitting at 100% in the heat. Check the delivered capacity against the specification.
What should I do with a swollen battery?
Stop using and charging it, isolate it, and replace it — swelling means gas inside the case.
